Yi-Chang Lu (盧奕璋) received the B.S. degree in electrical engineering from National Taiwan University, Taipei, Taiwan, in 1993, the M.S. degree in electrical engineering, the M.S. degree in engineering-economic systems and operations research, and the Ph.D. in electrical engineering from Stanford University, Stanford, CA, in 1997, 1999, and 2005, respectively.

Between 1993 and 1995, he was an Engineering Officer with the Naval Surveillance and Communication Command Department, Taiwan. In 2005, he was a postdoctoral scholar with Stanford University. Since 2006, he has been with the Graduate Institute of Electronics Engineering and Department of Electrical Engineering at National Taiwan University, where he is currently an Assistant Professor. His research interests include 3D VLSI architecture and design, design for manufacturability, and technology computer-aided design. He is a member of both IEEE and ACM.
